This policy explains what information Tahmina Ghaforova collects through this website and coaching services, and how it is used. I aim to collect as little as possible.
Information I collect
- Contact form: when you use the contact form, it opens your own email application with your name, email, and message so you can send it to me directly. Please do not include health information, diagnoses, or clinical details in that message.
- Booking:scheduling is handled by Calendly. Any information you provide there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not this one.
- Email correspondence: if you email me, I retain that correspondence to respond and keep reasonable records.

How I use information
I use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, to deliver and administer coaching services, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. I do not sell your personal information.
Sensitive health information
This site is not designed to collect health information, and I ask that you not submit it through the website. Any health-related matters are discussed privately during sessions. Third-party services
I rely on third parties to operate this site and business, which may include hosting, scheduling (Calendly), email, and the writing platform (Substack). Each has its own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold about you by emailing tahmina@waitstop.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
