Recovery looks different from what the wellness world tells you.

It isn't found in another podcast or another protocol, or in one more voice telling you what your healing should look like. It begins when you come back inward, to the person who already knows what you actually want for your life. You. Because eating and body image are rarely about the food on your plate or the number on the scale. They're about your self-esteem, your self-knowledge, and the sense of agency you have over your own life. When you build those, your relationship with food and your body grows from a steadier place. This is the work I do with the people I coach, and it's the work that set me free.

The approach

A threefold framework for change

Honesty, compassion, and agency, built on a whole-person view of health that sees you as more than what's on your plate.

  1. 01

    Radical self-honesty

Seeing your life clearly and honestly, without flinching from what's there.

  2. 02

    Self-compassion

Meeting that honesty with kindness instead of judgment.

  3. 03

    Growth through self-agency

Reclaiming control over your life, far beyond the food on your plate.

Is this for you?

You might be in the right place if…

Coaching works best alongside the care you already have. Here are a few of the moments it's built for.

  • You're between therapy sessions and need support that holds in the in-between.
  • You're wrestling with body image and the way you see yourself.
  • You want steady accountability as you practice new habits in real time.
  • You're ready to build a life that's bigger than the eating disorder.

Start with a free discovery call

A relaxed conversation to see whether we're a fit. No pressure, no health details required up front.
